If Manual is selected in the Amount to Allocate field in the Allocation Entry window, the manual amount entered is displayed. If you changed the source amount in Allocation Selection, the new value appears. This field can only be viewed.

This check box is selected if Basis is selected as the allocation method and the basis is calculated using a different account than the destination account. The basis of the allocation distribution is calculated using the linked account instead of the account that receives the distribution. This field appears only if Basis is selected in the Allocation Method field in the Allocation Entry window.
This field displays the account used to calculate a basis allocation. For each distribution, this account will be used as the basis of the allocation instead of the account that receives the distribution. This field can only be viewed, and appears only if Basis is selected at the Allocation Method field in the Allocation Entry window. Linked accounts are defined in Allocation Entry.
If the linked account is associated with a masked destination account and the link cannot be resolved, **Not on File** appears in this field.

An at sign (@) is entered for each template position in the account. Each position with the at sign (@) represents the character in the same position of the source account.
If the source account is 50400-22-010-000-000 and the linked account template is 10000-@@-010-000-000, the linked account would be 10000-22-010-000-000.
This field displays the linked account template for the allocation distribution. A linked account template represents one or more account numbers used to calculate a basis allocation. An at sign (@) is entered for each template position in the account (for example, 50400-@@-010-000-000). Each position with the at sign (@) represents the character in the same position of the destination account.
