Select a financial report group. The Standard report group provides a default financial report group including a Standard Balance Sheet, Standard Income Statement, and Standard Statement of Cash Flow. To create a new report group, select any group and then click the Report Group Maintenance button. The Report Group Maintenance window appears and allows you to create and maintain financial report groups. For more information, see Create Financial Report Groups.
This field displays the name assigned to the financial report in the Financial Report Wizard. Only reports that belong to the financial report group selected in the Report Group field are displayed. This field can only be viewed.
This field displays the title that was assigned to the report in the Financial Report Wizard and can only be viewed.
This field displays the type of report selected in the Financial Report Wizard. A financial report can be an Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Quarterly statement, Trend report, or Statement of Cash Flows report. This field can only be viewed.
Select this check box to print the report after clicking Proceed. When a report group is selected in the Report Group field, all reports in the group are automatically selected. Clear this check box if you do not want to print the report.
If you click the Select All button, this check box is selected for all reports in the group. If you click the Clear All button, this check box is cleared for all reports in the group.
This field displays the default group assigned to the report in the Financial Reports Wizard. If a report belongs to more than one group, only the default group is displayed. Report groups are assigned to reports in the Financial Report Wizard or the Financial Report Group Maintenance window. This field can only be viewed.
Select this check box to keep this window open after you click Proceed and print or preview reports from the Print Financial Reports window. Clear this check box if you want this window to close automatically when you close the Print Financial Reports window.
