Rollup Code Maintenance

Rollup Type

Select a rollup type for adding or deleting rollup codes. Rollup types are user-defined fields created in the General Ledger Options window that allow you to group accounts for reporting purposes without affecting the structure of the general ledger account itself.

 

Rollup Code

Enter a rollup code for the selected rollup type. You can define an unlimited number of rollup codes for each rollup type. After a rollup code is assigned to a main account or general ledger account, it cannot be deleted. For more information, see Create Rollup Codes.
