This report is available only if the Sales Order module is integrated with Inventory Management, and if receipt transactions for items on back order were entered in Transaction Entry.
The Back Order Fill Report lists any back order type sales orders that can be filled as a result of receipts entered in Transaction Entry. The quantity received, a list of back orders, and the back order quantity that can be filled are shown for each item. Back-ordered quantities on standard sales order types can be included by selecting the Include Backordered Lines on Back Order Reports check box in Sales Order Options.
This report includes work order component requirement information if the Work Order module is installed, if work orders are set to print on the Back Order Fill Report in Work Order Options, and if receipt transactions for the items required for work orders were entered.
