Select Inventory Management Main menu > Item Maintenance. Select the Quantity tab. On the Quantity tab, select the line and then click the Quantity Recap button.

Overview

Use Quantity Recap to display a recap of the beginning quantity, quantity received, adjusted, sold, issued, transferred, and ending quantity for the current inventory period, as well as the beginning average cost, ending average cost, and current average cost for the period.

Note The current average cost will display the warehouse average cost for the item based on the selection made in the Warehouse field.

Click the Switch to All Warehouses button to view a recap for all warehouses or the selected warehouse.
