In any lookup window, click Custom.
Use the Lookup Customization Wizard to create up to 99 unique lookup views based on the company code and user code. When creating a lookup view, you can define the view as your default, add, remove, or modify fields in the lookup, add or remove filters, as well as define several other settings. After creating a lookup view, you can modify or delete the view at any time. An asterisk (*) will appear to the left of the lookup title in the lookup window when you select a custom view. The first column in the Selected Columns list box cannot be removed, but it can be modified.
If a user is in User Lookup Wizard and is creating or modifying a lookup code while another user accesses the lookup for data and clicks Custom, a message appears and prevents both from continuing. Changes made to the lookup will take effect by clicking Finish. Any search criteria and/or filters are removed because they may no longer be applicable.
Click New Field to create a new numeric field using simple arithmetic functions. Click Reset to reset the lookup to the default settings. Click Modify to load the selected custom lookup. Click Next to enter or modify the filter for the selected lookup.
