Enter a batch number, or click the Next Number button to accept the next automatically incremented batch number. Click the Lookup button to list all batch numbers.
Type a comment to describe the batch.
General Journal Entry Batch
Select this check box to designate this batch of entries as a private batch. Clear this check box if you do not want this batch to be a private batch. A batch can only be designated as a private batch by the user who creates the batch.
Note You must have the appropriate security permissions set up in order to create private batches.
