Note This procedure applies only to the Material Requirements Planning and Work Order modules.

Make sure that a dot-matrix printer is installed and configured correctly in Windows using a current updated driver or compatible driver (many printer drivers can be downloaded from the printer manufacturer's Web site). To ensure that the printer is configured correctly, print a test page.

To configure the dot-matrix printer and print a test page

  1. Select Settings from the Windows Start menu.

  2. Select Printers from the Settings menu.

  3. Select the printer to be used.

  4. Select Properties from the File menu on the Printers window.

  5. Click the Print Test Page button on the General page.

  6. If a test page does not print, refer to your printer manual or consult the printer manufacturer for more information.
