You can delete filters after they have been defined.

 

To delete filters

  1. In the lookup window, click Filters. For more information, see Lookup Feature.

  2. To delete a filter, in the Filters window, select <none> at a filter's Column field. For more information about filtering a lookup, see Filter the Lookup Criteria.

  3. To delete all filters, click Reset. The filters are cleared, and any filters from the custom lookup, if one exists, are restored.

    Note
    Clicking Reset also clears the Save Filters check box.

  4. Click OK.
