Select Library Master Main menu > Company Maintenance. In the Company Maintenance window, click the Preferences tab. Click Change Data Location.

Note This task is not available for Sage 100 Premium.

Overview

Use Change Data Location to change the location of the MAS_XXX folder (XXX represents the company code) where all data and payroll files will reside for company XXX.

You have the option of storing payroll data files in a separate folder. If you do not enter anything in the Payroll Data Location field, all data files including payroll data files, will be stored in the location entered in the Data Location field. The data location is company-specific, not module-specific.
