Use ZIP/Postal Code Maintenance to add, modify, or delete ZIP and postal codes. When a ZIP or postal code is entered in a maintenance task, the associated city and state or province for the postal code are automatically entered.
The software is preloaded with existing U.S. ZIP Codes. The option to install Canadian postal codes is available when installing the software. Postal codes for other countries must be added manually.
Note All ZIP and postal codes that you add or modify are retained. User-defined ZIP and postal codes are not overwritten when upgrading.
