Select Library Master Utilities menu > Data File Display and Maintenance. Select a file and then click Fields.

Use the Select Fields window to select which fields display in Data File Display and Maintenance and to use along with the Filter window to filter records that appear in the Key Scan window. For more information, see Filter Records in the Key Scan Window.
Press the Ctrl key to select multiple fields.
Click Reset to clear your selections.
