Select Payroll Main menu > Employee Maintenance. On the Main tab, click Paperless.

Overview

Use Paperless Office Delivery Options to manage the following options for payroll checks and direct deposit stubs:

  • Specify whether the documents are printed and/or e-mailed
  • Enter the e-mail addresses to use when e-mailing the documents
  • Enter the employee's password for opening the PDF documents
