Paperless Office Delivery Options (Salesperson Maintenance)

This field displays the form name and can only be viewed. Forms are listed in this window under the following conditions:

  • The module associated with the form must be set up.

  • The form must be set up in Form Maintenance.

  • The data entry program associated with the form must include the ability to associate the form with a salesperson.

 

E-Mail Copy

Select this check box to send a copy of the email to the salesperson when the form is sent to a customer. The salesperson will receive an email if is or she is the salesperson associated with the document.

 

Recipient

Select an option to determine whether the salesperson's e-mail address is added to the To, Cc, or Bcc field.
