Access this window using one of the following methods:
-
Select Paperless Office Main menu > Employee Viewer.
- Select Paperless Office Main menu > Employee Self Service. Enter the employee information and click View Documents.

Select Payroll Main menu > Employee Maintenance. On the Pay History tab, click the Paperless Viewer button.
This window is available only if the Forms check box is selected in Paperless Office Options. In Employee Maintenance, this window is available only if checks or direct deposit stubs are set up in Paperless Office Form Maintenance.
Use Employee Viewer to view, move, or delete payroll checks and direct deposit stubs stored as PDF documents. You can also email the PDF documents from this window.
When accessed from the Paperless Office Main menu, this window displays check and direct deposit stub PDF documents created for any employee in any company. You can filter the PDF documents displayed by check date or click the Search button to search for a document.
Note In Paperless Office Options, you can choose whether to automatically display all documents in this window when it is first opened. If you do not choose to automatically display all documents, the documents appear after you enter selection criteria and click Refresh.
