Period End Report Viewer

Company Code

Enter the company code for the PDF documents to display, or click the Lookup button to list all companies. Type ALL to display documents for all companies. If you enter a new selection at this field, click Refresh when you are ready to reload the viewer with the selected documents.

 

Module Code

Enter the module code for the PDF documents to display, or click the Lookup button to list all modules set up for the selected company. Only modules that have period-end reports associated with them can be selected. Type ALL to display documents for all modules for the selected company code. If you enter a new selection in this field, click Refresh when you are ready to reload the viewer with the selected documents.

 

Document

Select the period-end report to display. This field displays all available period-end reports for the company and module selected. Select All Documents to display all period-end reports for the selected company and module. If you select ALL in the Module Code field and then select a period-end report for a specific module, the Module Code selection will be changed to reflect that specific module. If you enter a new selection in this field, click Refresh when you are ready to reload the viewer with the selected documents.

 

Period End Date From

Enter the starting date to use in the range of period-end dates for the report PDF documents to view, or click the Calendar button to select a date from the calendar. If you enter a new selection in this field, click Refresh when you are ready to reload the viewer with the selected documents.

 

To

Enter the ending date to use in the range of period-end dates for the report PDF documents to view, or click the Calendar button to select a date from the calendar. If you enter a new selection in this field, click Refresh when you are ready to reload the viewer with the selected documents.

 

Side Button Bar

The buttons located to the right of the viewer list allow you to locate, view, e-mail, fax, select, move, and delete PDF documents.

  • Click the Search button to search for PDF documents to display in the viewer. If the viewer currently displays the result of a search, the Search button appears red. If a search has not been performed, the Search button appears yellow. For more information, see Search for PDF.

Note Clicking Refresh removes the current search results.

  • Click the Open PDF button to open the selected PDF document in Adobe Reader. This button is not available if more than one document is selected. You can also double-click a row in the viewer to open a PDF document.

  • Click the Electronic Delivery button to e-mail or fax the selected documents. For more information, see Electronic Delivery.

  • Click the Select All button to select all documents displayed in the viewer.

  • Click the Unselect All button to clear all document selections displayed in the viewer.

  • Click the Move button to move the selected documents to another folder. For more information, see Move PDF Documents.

  • Click the Delete button to delete the selected documents. The Delete button is available only with the appropriate security setup.

 

Company

This field displays the company code for the PDF document and can only be viewed.

 

Module

This field displays the two-character module code for the PDF document and can only be viewed.

 

Report Name

This field displays the name of the report and can only be viewed.

 

PDF Created

This field displays the system date and time the PDF document was created and can only be viewed.

 

Period End Date

This field displays the period-end date the PDF document was created and can only be viewed.

 

PDF Location

This field displays the location of the PDF document and can only be viewed. If the PDF document has been deleted, the location is displayed in red text.

You can move a selected document by clicking the Move button. For more information, see Move PDF Documents.

 

PDF Exists

This field displays Y if the PDF document exists or N if the document has been deleted outside of the viewer task. This field can only be viewed.

 

Password

This field displays Y if a password is required to view the PDF document or N if there is no password protection on the document. This field can only be viewed.

 

User Logon

This field displays the user logon of the person who created the PDF document and can only be viewed.
