You can clear receipt history on the Receipt History Report window to remove outdated information.

To clear receipt history

  1. Select Purchase Order Reports menu > Receipt History Report.

  2. Click Print to print a report before purging receipt history. A message appears at the completion of report printing, prompting you to clear obsolete information from the file. Click Yes to clear the receipt history for the range entered. Click No to retain the receipt history for the range entered.

    Click Clear to purge the receipt history without first printing a report. The Receipt History - Clear Records window appears, displaying the receipt history to be purged for the range entered.

The obsolete receipt history is cleared.
