Select Payroll Period End menu > Periodic Time Off Accrual.

Notes

  • This task is available only if Periodic Accrual or Periodic Accrual & Data Entry is selected in the Allow Time Off Accruals From field in Payroll Options. If Data Entry Only is selected, time off accrual can be processed only in Payroll Data Entry.
  • If you are using payroll departments, you can access this task only if you have access to all departments.

Overview

Use Periodic Time Off Accrual to calculate accrued time off based on user-defined intervals rather than, or in addition to, the payroll processing cycle.
