Tax Rules for Earnings Codes |
Use Earnings Code Maintenance to create separate
codes for each earnings type used in Payroll Data Entry. For example, create an earnings code for regular earnings,
overtime, sick pay, etc. You can specify calculation methods,
general ledger expense account numbers, and tax rules for each earnings
code. This data, combined with specific employee earnings information,
is used to calculate the employee's wages.
