Select Payroll Time Track menu > Time Track Entry. In the Time Track Entry window, click Defaults.

Overview

Use Default Values for Time Track Entry to set default values for information common to a group of Time Track Entry records.

The data entered appears as the default values for the corresponding items in the Time Track Entry window, but they can be changed for individual records.

You can save default values for the current Time Track Entry session as well as future sessions. Values saved for future sessions are stored by user logon and workstation.
