1. Tables
This list box displays all tables defined in the ODBC data source.
Highlight an item from the Available Tables list and click the Add button to add the item to the Selected Tables list. You can also double-click the item to add it to the Selected Tables list.
Highlight an item from the Selected Tables list and click the Del button to remove the item from the list. You can also double-click the item to remove it from the Selected Tables list.
Click the Add All button to select all items from the Available Tables list and add them to the Selected Tables list.
Click the Del All button to remove all items from the Selected Tables list.
This list box displays the tables selected for import from the ODBC data source.
2. Fields
This list box displays all fields defined in all of the selected ODBC tables. The first segment of the field name is the table name.
Highlight an item from the Available Fields list and click the Add button to add the item to the Selected Fields list. You can also double-click the item to add it to the Selected Fields list.
Highlight an item from the Selected Fields list and click the Del button to remove the item from the list. You can also double-click the item to remove it from the Selected Fields list.
Click the Add All button to select all items from the Available Fields list and add them to the Selected Tables/Fields list.
Click the Del All button to remove all items from the Selected Fields list.
This list box displays the fields selected for import from the Available Fields list.
3. Links
Select the ODBC table from which to link.
Select the field from which to link. This field lists all data fields from the table selected in the From Table.
Select the relation to use to link the selected field in the From Table field to the field selected in the To Table field.
Select the ODBC table to which to link.
Select the field to which to link. All data fields from the table selected in the To Table field are listed in the Field drop-down box.
This list box displays a list of all links defined for the job. You can edit a defined link by double-clicking the displayed link definition.
4. SQL Statement
This list box initially displays the SQL statement that was generated automatically using the information entered on the ODBC Table Selection Tables, Fields, and Links tabs.
