This field displays a description of the selected field.
Select either the Ascending or Descending option for the selected field. The Ascending option will place the smallest alphabetical or numeric value first. The Descending option will place the largest alphabetical or numeric value first.
Select this check box to use only a portion of a non-numeric item. You must enter the starting character position and the length to evaluate.
If the Sub String check box is selected, type the starting position and the length of the portion of a non-numeric data item to be sorted.
