Several preconfigured import jobs are included with your software to help you import payroll data into your system; however, the jobs must be imported using Job Import before they can be used in Import Job Maintenance. Use this procedure to import the preconfigured jobs.

To import preconfigured payroll import jobs

  1. Select Visual Integrator Main menu > Job Import.

  2. Click the File Listing button.

  3. In The File to Import window, in the Look in field, click the drop-down arrow, and select the ..\MAS90\PR folder.

  4. Select the PayrollDataEntryImports.exp file, and click Open. In Job Import, the path to the file appears in the Import File Name field, and the import jobs appear in the Available Jobs window.

  5. Click Select All, and then click Accept.
