Role

This field displays the current role and can only be viewed.

 

User

This field displays the current user code and can only be viewed.

 

Company

This field displays the company code and can only be viewed.

 

Company Name

This field displays the company name and can only be viewed.

 

Include

Select this check box to enable the role for the user.

 

Exclude

Select this check box if you do not want to enable the role for the user.

 

Start Date

Enter a start date to specify when the role is effective for the user. Click the Calendar button to select a date from the calendar.

 

Expiration Date

Enter a date to specify when this role will expire for the user.
