Select the applicable check boxes to print information in the footer. Clear the check boxes to exclude the information.
Select the font to use to print the system date and page number information.

Select the attributes to use for the system date and page number information.
Click Date…Page to print the system date on the left and the page number on the right. Click the Page…Date to reverse the layout order.
Select the size of the font to use to print the system date and page number information.

Select the color of the font to use to print the system date and page number information.

Select the shading to use for the entire first line of the report footer.
Enter the caption, if any, to print for the system date.
