Type the next work order number to use. The next work order number comes from the Work Order Options file. If alphanumeric work order numbers are used, the next work order no. defaults to 0000001.

Enter the warehouse code to which parent items will be completed, or click the Lookup button to list all warehouse codes. This field is available only if the Require Multiple Warehouses check box is selected in the Inventory Management Options window.

Select an issue method to determine the default setting in Work Order Entry for how materials, labor, and outside processing transactions will be issued.
Select Automatic if material, labor, and outside processing transactions can be automatically generated when the work order is released if Yes or Available Quantity Only has been selected in the Auto Issue Material Transactions field, and the Auto Generate Labor Transactions and Auto Generate Outside Processing check boxes are selected on the Work Order Options Main tab.
Select Backflush if material, labor, and outside processing transactions can be generated when a completion transaction is entered if Yes or Available Quantity Only has been selected in the Auto Issue Material Transactions field, and the Auto Generate Labor Transactions and Auto Generate Outside Processing check boxes are selected on the Work Order Options Main tab.
Select Manual if material, labor, and outside processing transactions can be entered manually when necessary during Work Order Transaction Entry.
The selection in the Work Order Issue Method field on the Work Order Options Main tab determines the default setting in this field.
Select this check box to print picking sheets. Clear this check box if you do not want to print picking sheets. This field does not appear if None is selected in the Print Picking Sheets field in the Work Order Options window.
Select Work Order Number to sort the Auto Generate Work Orders Register by work order number. Select Item Number to sort by item number.
