Select Payroll Setup menu > Time Off Maintenance.

Use Time Off Maintenance to establish and maintain schedule codes to identify time off accrual methods, limits, and carry-over allowances for all three time off types. When these codes are assigned to each employee in Employee Maintenance, time off can be accrued automatically during the payroll update and during year-end processing, or it can be accrued at any user-defined interval using Periodic Time Off Accrual.
Note Fields appear for a time off type only if a description is entered for that time off type in Payroll Options.
Click Apply to apply changes to the employees who are assigned to the selected schedule. After entering time off schedules, click the Print button to print the Time Off Listing.
