Labor Crew Transactions

 

A labor crew is a group of employees who work together as a team but who each report time individually. Information such as the quantity completed applies to the entire crew, not to the individual employees. Labor crews are defined using Labor Crew Maintenance. If your employees are paid on the basis of work orders (not just clock time) or if you are charging the labor costs to the work order, you can save entry time by assigning the employees to a labor crew and then editing their individual times. To enter a labor crew, type CREW followed by the three-character crew number in the Employee/Crew No. field on the Work Order Transaction Entry Header tab.
