Type the state abbreviation and the payer's state number where state income tax was withheld. This field is available only if Miscellaneous is selected in the 1099 Form Type field.
Type the name of the foreign country or U.S. possession where foreign taxes were paid, if applicable. This field is available only if Interest or Dividend is selected in the 1099 Form Type field.
