For each filter, select the operand to use for the filter and then type the text that the operand applies to. You can combine two filters using the AND/OR joining conditions.
If you are adding a second filter, select the joining condition. Select the AND condition if both filters must be used together. Select the OR condition if both filters must be used independently of one another.
