In the Navigation pane, the right-click menu allows you to show or hide the Navigation pane, Preview pane, Search pane, Status bar, and the toolbars. You can also access the Customize window to customize toolbars, menus, and options within Business Insights Explorer.

In the Data View grid located in the upper right area of the Business Insights Explorer window, the right-click menu allows you to drill into preview information, change the preview information that displays in the Preview pane, switch to a related Explore view based on a particular setting, open a related task window, filter the Data View grid by the selected item, copy rows of data, and select all the rows in the Data View grid.

In the Preview pane located in the bottom of the Business Insights Explorer window, the right-click menu allows you to hide the Preview pane, preview related data for the selected row in the Data View grid, and drill into detail information related to the selected record.

In the Group-By panel located above the Data View grid in the Business Insights Explorer window, the right-click menu allows you to expand and collapse all the defined groups in the Data View grid. You can also show or hide the Group-By panel and the Group Summary footer.

In the Summary Footer panel located at the bottom of each numeric column, the right-click menu allows you to display a summarized value, the maximum or minimum value, the average, or the count for the column. You can also select None to clear all values from the field.

In the Filter panel located below the Data View grid in the Business Insights Explorer window, the right-click menu allows you to hide the Filter panel, toggle the active state of the filter being applied to the Data View grid, and remove the currently applied filter.

In any column header in the Data View grid in the Business Insights Explorer window, the right-click menu allows you to group by the selected column header, sort the data in ascending or descending order, and display the Column Settings and Column Selection windows.

On the Chart tab, the right-click menu allows you to copy the chart to the Windows Clipboard in graphical format. After copying the chart to the Clipboard, you can then paste the chart into another application, such as Word or Paint. You can also use the right-click menu to access the Filter Builder to further filter the data as well as access the Options window to change data settings.
