Using the Data View Grid

                        

Use the Data View grid in the Business Insights Explorer window to filter, sort, group, and summarize data. You can also modify the columns in the grid by showing and hiding columns, changing the column order, changing the column names, and formatting the data that appears in the columns. Changes to the Data View grid can be saved to a setting. The information in the Data View grid can also be printed and saved to a report.

Note Select the Display Data View Navigator Buttons check box in the Options window (accessed by selecting Tools menu > Options) to display a series of navigation buttons in the lower left corner of the Data View grid. These navigation buttons allow you to browse from record to record, page to page, and to the first and last records.
