Type the caption name to use in the column header in the Data View grid.
Enter the calculated field expression. Click the operand buttons and the tables, functions, or constants in the tree located at the bottom of the window to construct the expression.
Use this tree located at the bottom of the Calculated Field window to select the fields, functions, or constants to add to an expression that you are building in the Expression Builder field.
