You can drill into related detail data for a selected row in the Data View grid.

To drill into preview data

  1. Select the Business Insights Explorer menu, and then select a view.

  2. In the Business Insights Explorer window, select a row in the Data View grid and click the Drill Into Preview button to drill further into the related detail data for the selected row.

    If an option is selected on the Preview group in the Navigation pane, the data is filtered based on the option and the selected row in the Data View grid.

    If a setting is selected under a folder on the Preview group in the Navigation pane, the data is filtered based on the selected setting, the selected row in the Data View grid, and the data displayed in the Preview pane.

You have drilled further into detail data for the selected row in the Data View grid.
