Expand/Collapse item  Overview

Data in the Data View grid and the Preview pane can be refreshed at any time.

It may be necessary to refresh data in the following circumstances:

  • If the Automatically Load Data when Viewed Setting is Loaded or Changed check box is cleared in the Options window (accessed by selecting Tools menu > Options).

  • If the data for the current view has changed since opening the view.

To refresh data

  1. Select Business Insights Explorer menu, and then select a view.

  2. In the Business Insights Explorer window, click the Refresh Data button.

The data in both the Data View grid and Preview pane is refreshed.
