You can send data from the Data View grid by e-mail.

To send data from the Data View Grid by E-Mail

  1. Select Business Insights Explorer menu, and then select a view.

  2. In the Business Insights Explorer window, select Tools menu > Options.

  3. In the Options window, click the E-mail tab and then select the format to send the data in (Web page, Excel Workbook, or text file). Click OK.

  4. Select File menu > Send Page by E-mail. Your default e-mail application appears with the data file attached to a blank e-mail window.

  5. Complete the entries in the e-mail window and send the e-mail to the recipient.

The data in the Data View grid is sent to a recipient by e-mail.
