Account No.

This field displays the selected account number in Budget Revision Entry and can only be viewed.

 

Description

This field displays the description of the account selected in Budget Revision Entry and can only be viewed. Account descriptions are maintained in Account Maintenance.

 

Budget/Activity

Select the budget or activity to display in the selected column. This field displays budgets defined in the General Ledger Options window.

 

Year

Select the fiscal year to display budget data for in the selected column.

 

Period Budget Amount

This field displays the budget amount for each period of the selected budget and can only be viewed. Use this field to compare budget information to the data in Budget Revision Entry. As additional rows are selected in Budget Revision Entry, this field displays the corresponding data for the selected account.

 

Total

This field displays the budget total for all periods in the selected column and can only be viewed.
