 Overview

Use this procedure to create a new form in the form printing window.

 Before You Begin

• SAP Crystal Reports must be installed on your workstation.

• For some modules, the applicable graphical forms check box(es) must be selected in the module's Options window.

 

Use one of the following methods to create a new form on the fly:

• To create a new form on the fly in all modules other than Material Requirements Planning and Work Order

• To create a new form on the fly in Material Requirements Planning or Work Order

To create a new form on the fly in all modules other than Material Requirements Planning and Work Order

1. In the form printing window, in the Form Code field, enter a new form code.

2. In the Template Selection window, select the form template to use and click OK. For more information, see Template Selection – Fields.

3. If you’re creating this form code to save the print settings, enter the settings.

   To customize the form, click Designer to open SAP Crystal Reports. This button is available only if SAP Crystal Reports is installed on your workstation and the appropriate security is set up.

4. Save the form.

The form code is created.

To create a new form on the fly in Material Requirements Planning or Work Order

1. In the form printing window, in the Form Code field, enter a new form code.

2. In the Form Template Selection window, select the form template to use and click OK.

3. Click Form to customize the form using Crystal Designer.

4. Save the form.

The form code is created.
