Asset History - Fields

Invoice Number

This fields displays the invoice number selected in Invoice History Inquiry and can only be viewed.

Template

This field displays the asset template used to create the assets from the invoice and can only be viewed.

System Number

This field displays the system number assigned to the assets created in Sage Fixed Assets and can only be viewed.

Note Sage Fixed Assets refers to the fixed assets product used with Sage 100.

Unit Cost

This field displays the unit cost of the asset and can only be viewed.

Landed Cost

This field displays the landed cost of the asset and can only be viewed.

Total Cost

This field displays the total cost of the asset and can only be viewed.

Total Quantity

This field displays the number of assets created from the invoice and can only be viewed.

Unit Cost (Total)

This field displays the sum of the unit costs and can only be viewed.

Landed Cost (Total)

This field displays the sum of the landed costs and can only be viewed.

Total Cost (Total)

This field displays the sum of the total costs and can only be viewed.
