The Positive Pay Export Wizard displays several pages with questions and options that aid you in quickly modifying an export setting. Additionally, you can use the wizard to create a new export setting or delete, modify, or copy an existing export setting.

 

To modify a Positive Pay export setting

  1. Select Bank Reconciliation Main menu > Positive Pay Export.

  1. Select the export setting you want to modify and click the Modify Setting button. The Modify Positive Pay Export Wizard launches. Proceed through the wizard pages to modify the export setting.

  2. The existing export settings will default in the wizard pages and can be modified.

  3. Click Finish.

You have modified a Positive Pay export setting.
