Advanced Field Settings

Advanced Field Settings List Box

This list box displays all advanced field settings for the table selected. Only fields that have a defined advanced setting are displayed in this list box. For each field, this list box displays the field name, the user and company for which the setting is defined, and the field attributes defined in the setting. A field can have multiple advanced settings.

To add a new advanced field setting for a field in the table, click the Add button. In the Add Field window, you can select the field to create a new setting for. To delete a setting, click the Delete button. To edit an advanced field setting, select the field to edit and click the Edit button, or double-click the field. The Edit Field window allows you to change any options except the user and company for which the setting is defined.
