Additional Fields Shown on Grid

This list box displays the user-defined fields (UDF) that have been added to the grid. Standard fields for the grid are not displayed. To add a UDF to the grid, click Add. To delete a UDF from the grid, select the UDF and then click Delete.

2. Hide Columns

Select the Grid Columns to Hide

This list box displays all grid columns that can be hidden, including any columns that have been hidden for individual users using the Hidden Columns feature. Select the Hidden check box for each column to hide in the grid. Clear the Hidden check box for each column to show in the grid. If the panel has a primary and secondary grid, the list of columns displayed is unique to each grid. After a column is hidden, it cannot be viewed by the user or personalized using the Hidden Columns feature.

Only columns that are set by default to be "hideable" can be hidden. If a grid does not allow any columns to be hidden, this field displays a "No columns in the <grid name> grid can be hidden" message.
