Copy a Customized Panel

After you create and save a customized panel, you can copy it to different users and companies. You can save time by making the most common customization first for all users and all companies, and then copying that customization to specific users and companies.

 

Use one of the following methods to copy a customized panel:

 

To copy customizations from another user or company into the current active panel

  1. Select Custom Office Main menu > Customizer Selection.

  2. Select the panel to customize. For more information, see Select a Panel.

  1. On the Customizer Toolbar, click the Copy button.

  2. In the Copy Panel window, select the customization to copy to the current customization panel. Click OK.

The customized panel is copied from a specific user or company to the current user or company.

 

To copy a customized panel to another user or company

  1. Select Custom Office Main menu > Customizer Selection.

  2. Double-click the [Customized Panels] folder, and select the module, task, and customized panel to copy.

  3. Click the Copy Task button.

  4. In the Copy Custom Panel window, select the user and company to copy the customized panel to. For more information, see Copy Custom Panel - Fields.

  5. Click OK.

The customized panel is copied to the user and company selected.
