Create Relationship / Maintain Relationship / Promote Company to Customer |
In Sage CRM, open the company, person, or address to create or maintain a relationship for, and then click the Summary tab. Click Maintain Relationship. For persons and addresses, the Maintain Relationship button is available only if the company for the selected person or address is related to an Accounts Receivable customer. If the company, person, or address does not have a relationship with an Accounts Receivable customer, contact, or ship-to address, the Create Relationship window appears.
Use Create Relationship to create a new relationship between the company, person, or address selected in Sage CRM and a Sage 100 customer, person, or address. If the appropriate options are selected in CRM Company Options, you can create a new Sage 100 record for the relationship with the selected Sage CRM record.
Note Relationships can be created for persons and addresses only if their associated company is related to a Sage 100 customer.
