Create Relationship / Maintain Relationship / Promote Company to Customer |
In Sage CRM, open the company, person, or address to create or maintain a relationship for, and then click the Summary tab. Click Maintain Relationship. For persons and addresses, the Maintain Relationship button is available only if the company for the selected person or address is related to an Accounts Receivable customer. If the company, person, or address already has a relationship with an Accounts Receivable customer, contact, or ship-to address, the Maintain Relationship window appears; otherwise, the Create Relationship window appears.
Use Maintain Relationship to break a relationship between the company, person, or address selected in Sage CRM and its related Accounts Receivable customer, person, or address. You can then access Create Relationship to create a new relationship if needed. A relationship can be broken only if there are no open sales orders or quotes for the related company and customer.
