At any time after server options are set up and accepted, you can load the Sage CRM data to the Sage 100 system. This allows the immediate synchronization of data between the Sage CRM and Sage 100 systems.

Synchronization is performed automatically when data is changed for a customer, contact, or ship-to address that is related to a Sage CRM company, person, or address. It is also performed when sales orders and quotes are created or modified from Sage CRM. Use this procedure to manually perform the synchronization.

This procedure can be performed only if you have entered and accepted all the available Server Parameters fields in CRM Server Options.

 

To load Sage CRM data

  1. Select Customer Relationship Management Main menu > CRM Server Options.

  2. Verify that all server parameters are entered. For more information, see CRM Server Options – Fields.

  3. Click Load Sage CRM Data.

The Sage 100 Integration Engine synchronizes data between the Sage CRM and Sage 100 systems.
