Use Additional Information to view additional budgets or activity from any fiscal year. As new rows are selected in the Budget Revision Entry window, the Additional Information window displays corresponding data for the selected budgets or activity. For example, if account number row 40000-01-000-010-000 is selected in the Budget Revision Entry window, the selected budgets or activity in the Additional Information window display budget information for account number 40000-01-000-010-000.
