Standard Journal

Click this option to copy information from an existing standard journal to the current journal entry. The information for the standard journal selected displays in the fields in the General Journal Entry window.

 

Journal History

Click this option to copy information from a posted transaction to the current journal entry. The information for the selected transaction displays in the fields in the General Journal Entry window.

 

Allocation

Click this option to perform a manual allocation for the journal entry. The Allocation Entry window appears. For more information, see Manual Allocation Entry.
