This field displays the source journal entered in the Source Journal field in the General Journal Entry window.
Enter a code of up to six characters to identify the standard journal for the selected source journal, or click the Lookup button to select an existing standard journal. If you enter an existing standard journal, a message appears indicating that the standard journal already exists. Click Yes to overwrite the existing standard journal, if necessary.

Select this check box to save any comments entered in the Journal Comments and Comments fields on the General Journal Entry Header and Lines tabs to the standard journal.
