The Memo button is available from data entry tasks only if Yes or Maintain is selected in the Allow Job Memo Inquiry from Data Entry field in the Job Cost options window. If Yes is selected, you can review job memos. If Maintain is selected, you can maintain or review job memos.

Use Job Memo Maintenance to create and maintain memos containing information pertinent to a specific job or estimate. These memos can contain instructions regarding the maintenance of jobs or estimates. Job memos are entered using Job Maintenance. Job estimate memos are entered using Job Estimate Maintenance.
